Lulu in Cairo

“Lulu in Cairo’’ is a 20-minute film that illustrates what would have happened if the character Lulu (from G.W. Pabst's Pandora's Box) had agreed to be sold to the brothel in Cairo instead of meeting her death in London.

Manual Antin, the director of the Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires, Argentina, has shown an interest in my work and has encouraged me to make it in collaboration with the Universidad.  I am currently raising the US$50,000 I need to begin production in Buenos Aires in March 2004.

If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to the "Lulu in Cairo" project please contact me for more information.
